Our Products
Pasture-raised, regeneratively farmed meats and eggs from the Ozark hills.
Meat Chickens
Our Cornish Cross broilers are raised on open pasture, moved to fresh grass daily in mobile shelters — just as Joel Salatin does at Polyface Farm. They eat a natural diet supplemented with non-GMO feed, producing tender, flavorful chicken with real nutritional depth. Chicks arrive April 1st.
- Pasture-raised on fresh grass daily
- No antibiotics or hormones
- Processed on-farm for freshness
Individual cuts available after harvest
Preorder NowPioneer Broilers
Our newest addition to Griffith Springs Farm — the Pioneer Broiler is a heritage-style bird bred for both performance and exceptional flavor. Slower-growing than the standard Cornish Cross, these birds spend more time on pasture, developing superior marbling and a richer, deeper taste. Our first batch of 49 Pioneer Broilers is growing in the brooder now and will be available for order later this season.
- Heritage-style breed with superior foraging and flavor
- Richer marbling and deeper taste than standard broilers
- First batch of 49 chicks currently in the brooder
Farm Fresh Eggs
Our laying hens are Barred Rocks — a hardy, classic breed well-suited to outdoor life in the Ozarks. They're chicks and pullets this year, growing up on the farm. We look forward to offering rich, golden-yolked eggs from truly free-range Barred Rock hens in a future season.
- True free-range hens on open pasture
- Rich golden yolks
- Coming in a future season
Grass-Fed Beef
Our cattle will be 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — rotationally grazed across our Ozark pastures. We're building the herd thoughtfully and expect to offer beef shares in a coming season.
